Tri-Tip Steak (Full Blood Wagyu)

The tri-tip steak is a triangular cut from the tri-tip roast, which is part of the bottom sirloin. Wagyu tri-tips are beautifully marbled and stay incredibly tender when cooked no more than medium.

Although great for grilling, tri-tip steaks also turn out perfect when seared on a screaming hot cast iron skillet. The tri-tip has a deep, buttery flavor and pairs well with sauces and spreads made with fresh herbs.
